The photo studio is 40 m² and can be completely darkened. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a professional photoshoot. All furniture is mobile and can be moved. It has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor, making it ideal for deliveries. The makeup table has excellent lighting, and a standard styling kit is included. We can also book photographers and/or makeup artists for you upon request.

With a total area of almost 80 m² (plus kitchen and bathrooms), your creativity knows no bounds. The second room next to the photo studio, measuring approximately 30 m², can also be completely customized to your liking. We are happy to assist you with bookings should you have any external requests. Here you can host small celebrations, conduct interviews, or hold meetings. We are happy to organize everything for your training courses and workshops or simply provide you with the space.

Our meeting room has a separate entrance. All our rooms have natural light but can be completely darkened. Quietly situated facing the courtyard, the meeting room is perfect for conference calls and other meetings. The 65" smart screen can be used with All common devices can be connected wirelessly or via cable. The room also offers a small, circular meeting area. It can accommodate up to 10 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a printer, an intercom system, a flipchart, and a whiteboard, all of which can be used as needed. Separate entrances to the restrooms are available.

With a ceiling height of 3.50 m and natural light in every room, you'll find a pleasant working atmosphere. Our high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully automatic coffee machine, water dispenser, and fully equipped kitchen are included. We adhere to strict hygiene regulations, so you can work with complete peace of mind. You can work undisturbed in a total of nearly 80 m² of bookable space. Parking is available right next to the entrance.
